Ministry assists U’khand in education and skills development – Pradhan

Union Education and Skills Development Minister Dharmendra Pradhan met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the CM residence in Dehradun on Saturday. During the meeting, the two leaders discussed ways to expand education and skills development in Uttarakhand. For his part, Pradhan assured Dhami that the union government would provide all possible assistance to Uttarakhand in the field of education. He said the people of the state are hard working and the Union government will provide assistance in the area of ​​skills development and entrepreneurship to enhance the talent of the state’s youth. Pradhan added that the state government is making a lot of efforts to showcase the skills of talented people.

Uttarakhand CM Dhami said that the state government is giving impetus to the industry in the state and for this a one stop shop system has been put in place. He said that apart from providing employment opportunities, the state government is working to involve young people and women in self-employment. Dhami said people in the state are increasingly willing to be self-employed. He said Uttarakhand was moving rapidly along the path of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that the state government received the full support of the union government in all matters.
Uttarakhand Education and Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat was also present at the meeting.
